Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to credits bought on reneGIS (https://renegis.org). reneGIS is owned and operated by Eqaim Technology and Services Private Limited ("Eqaim"), which is the merchant of record for every payment and the party that issues receipts and refunds.

What you buy

Credits are a prepaid balance shared by your organisation and spent on analysis runs, as described on the pricing page. They are not currency, cannot be transferred to another organisation and cannot be withdrawn as money.

Refunds

Credit purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is captured. Unused credits are not refunded, including credits that expire after their 12-month validity.

Eqaim Technology and Services Private Limited does refund, to the original payment method, in these cases:

• You were charged but the credits were not added to your balance and we cannot add them within 3 business days.
• The same purchase was charged more than once.
• A purchase was made without authorisation on a compromised account, reported to us within 7 days.

Refunds are issued by Eqaim Technology and Services Private Limited through Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel. A payment that is abandoned or fails at checkout is never captured and needs no cancellation. Runs already started cannot be cancelled; a run that fails on our side releases its reserved credits automatically.
